The Blue Lagoon, Iceland

We landed in Reykjavik Friday morning, and drove directly to the Blue Lagoon, a geothermal spa located in a lava field. We indulged in champagne and mud masks, and had the good luck of being serenaded by various choral groups visiting for a concert in Reykjavik. It was a perfect way to shake off the jet lag and ease into Iceland.
