Bangkok, Thailand

Our next stop was Bangkok, where we would spend Christmas. To be honest, I had higher expectations for Bangkok, but the hassle of fighting with unscrupulous taxi drivers and being stuck in overwhelming gridlock made navigating the city unpleasant, and it was just too hot to take on much by foot. The highlights were a fantastic Christmas dinner at the Blue Elephant then rooftop drinks at the Lebua Hotel.

Siem Reap, Cambodia, Part II: Oh, Look, Another Temple

After Angkor Wat, we visited a number of other significant temples, and if I were a better person I would have paid more attention to what they were. I've taken a quick look at Wikipedia, and we're just going to go with this:
